Breakfast was not great, not enough for all the people staying at the hotel. Food quality was not really good. Staff was regular, nothing worth of mention.

Hotel Valencia Riverwalk
The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious clean and very nice but the staff was fantastic! From the valet crew that opened the door every time we came in to the room staff that came in a quick minute every time I had a question or needed anything.

Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk
Very noisy first night with people screaming and running in and out of rooms. On return second day found our room door left open. Hotel were apologetic but we left early and moved to another hotel.
