The stay and staff were awesome. The amenities are nice. It’s a very vintage hotel and is very simple with decor however each room had a refrigerator and microwave which is ancient in the more modern hotels. It’s not directly linked to the RiverWalk with the restaurants but the walk was not to far ...

Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk
I thought the front desk clerk was kind of stale. Not very friendly. I was charged for parking twice and only credited once. Rooms were comfortable, but not as luxurious as I had hoped for. I think it’s a little overpriced.
