「Room was immaculate and felt like home」

「Very spacious and comfortable room, the bed was huge! Lovely and cosy. This is a very traditional grand hotel in the centre of Chester and was beautifully decked out for Christmas, the level of service was top notch, though we were only there for one night we were very well looked after. The carpark with direct access to the hotel was a bonus as was the complimentary continental breakfast, which was delicious and very generous. 」

「quite noizy for the room located on the road side, even after close the window. Luckily the staff in the frant desk was very kind to exchange our room close to the less noizy corner. Otherwise this is a very good choice hotel in terms of CP value. 」

「Polite staff from check-in to check-out, a staff member showed me to my room and explained the keys and access points for after 9pm. The room was in the cottage’s past the enclosed beer garden. The room was clean and tidy, warm enough once the oil radiator was turned on and the bathroom was clean and a great size.
