「Staff where very friendly, but it was a maze to get to the room, clearer signs need to be put up to direct people to their rooms. Due to warm weather it would have been ideal for the rooms to have A/C」

「We received a warm welcome when we checked in. Our room was spotless and had quality bed/bedding etc. Also had a spacious, well appointed bathroom. We had an excellent night's sleep. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast here. All the food was first class and everyone who served us was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.」

「It was a lovely room and the staff were great. My only criticism I have is I paid for a room with view of the park-i didn't feel this was fulfilled. I could see one enclosure but otherwise it was of the outdoor seating area, the park entrance and all the work that was been done. I would have also thought that when checking in I would be asked if I wanted to visit the park as there was no option when booking to add a park visit. The food was great, the staff were super friendly.」

I phoned to say that I would be late for final check in (10pm) and Alexandra, the lovely lady on the front desk, made sure I was checked in dignity and made me feel so safe about arriving late. This was my second time visiting The Swan for work trips to Blyton Park track. Couldn’t recommend this B&B enough. Perfect for solo female travellers.」

「Room was excellent with view of the racecourse - parking was adequate costing £5 per night but if your Hilton members then it’s free - I didn’t pay. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choice both hot n cold. Only disappointing thing was the public toilets at reception - they were disgusting - obviously some people have no respect at all.」

「Disappointing one night stop over. Its more of a business traveller, conference & private events venue than a country house hotel. Suite 15 is directly opposite the kitchen extractor fan which is on from before 5.00am until the kitchen closes at night & can easily be heard in the room. The room only had one bedside table & lamp, the glazed entrance is fitted with opaque glass & is the only window so there is no view. If you could see out you would be looking at the car park. 「All the staff are all really friendly and helpful, they responded my email quickly before my stay. I was supposed to get a mail delivered at the hotel and they tried their best to keep looking for my mail. It was really helpful for them to do so. The hotel room is clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is good, supermarket is just next to it and town centre is within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to all.」
