「Incredible staff, great hotel and went the extra mile to celebrate my wife’s birthday」

「Stayed one night and it was perfect for our needs. The family room was a great size for the 3 of us and the breakfast was excellent. It was a shame the main car park was full as we had to park in the overspill area which due to the rain was muddy and waterlogged with lots of deep puddles, not pleasant at all. Apart from that a great stay.」

「Very very very bad hotel ever , the staff is very rude, the room is dirty, no hot water, from 9 pm to 2am , someone talking loudly in the pathway, I make complain with staff, they said nothing to do , it cost me 64 pounds , not worth it. Overall bad bad very bad hotel」

「Amazing room and the staff generally very friendly. Huge room with an even bigger lounge was given to us. Amazing. 」

「A classic hotel with comfortable, spacious rooms. Friendly and competent receptionists. Nice breakfast. Continent breakfast self-served buffet or hot, customised English breakfast That take quite a while. If come by train, need to get a taxi ride of 8-10 minutes. We arrived late in the evening. Have to queue for half an hour at the taxi stop.」

「Car parking was super secure.its in the yard of the hotel behind a shutter..Credit to the owners who are trying their best to rescue the hotel.its right in the center of town right next to a wetherspoons..if Ur expecting the Savoy don't go but it's clean and the room was of a good size and comfortable.the lady on reception was supa helpful and cheery..😃..overall I it did the job and I've stopped at alot worse.Shaun」

「I’ve stayed here before and will definitely stay again but only because it is convenient. The room was far too hot, and I remember it being hot when I stayed before. It does make for an uncomfortable nights sleep. There were some idiots banging doors and shouting down the corridor at 3am, not the hotels fault but it did frustrate an already uncomfortable night. The staff were not particularly welcoming. I get like a disturbed their conversation when I checked in rather than feeling welcomed....

「Celebrated our anniversary at Rossington Hall which is a unique amazing place to stay . If you like peace and quiet in serene surroundings this is perfect. Private Hot tub in the garden inside cabins . Hotel room and en-suite gorgeous - second floor no lifts lots of steps . Gourmet food in conservatory compliments to chef . Drink in front of huge log fire afterwards. The house has lots of history it’s like a stately home with wide staircase and lots of small steps leading to interesting nooks...

「All the staff are all really friendly and helpful, they responded my email quickly before my stay. I was supposed to get a mail delivered at the hotel and they tried their best to keep looking for my mail. It was really helpful for them to do so. The hotel room is clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is good, supermarket is just next to it and town centre is within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to all.」
