「A lovely place but unfortunately let down by rude staff, bad room placement and broken air conditioning. There was a wedding taken place and the music went on into the night, between this and the broken air conditioning, our young baby was disturbed through the night. We contacted Gary the nightporter who was helpful and explained they knew it was an issue and to raise it with management the following day. 「So terrible we walked in and walked out again, drove around to find a different hotel! This hotel gave me the creeps, like something out of a horror movie with an American hostel feel. We arrived late (10 ish pm) and despite the hotel being quite quiet our room was given to us and was one of the last rooms down a long dark corridor at the back of the building. Plenty of parking, very easy check in and an exceptional selection of produce supplied for breakfast next morning.
