"This was my first time in New Hampshire. I was very impressed with this Best Western! I get an accessible room because I have neurological mobility issues. They mean accessible! I wish I had taken photos.
A lot of thought went into creating this accessible room. The room was near the lobby. While I don't use a wheelchair, this room had it in mind. The beds were lower than in regular rooms. The desk was appropriate height. Even the bathroom had every support bar I could imagine; shower even had no "step over" like others I had been in; the bathroom goo dispensers and shelves were at an appropriate height. I cannot tell you how happy this made me and I'm not even a wheelchair user. The room was super clean.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were greeted when arriving and leaving every ... single ... day. That right there was impressive! They asked about our day and made us feel like friends, not just guests.
The breakfast was on point, and not that rinky-dink "here's a waffle and some cereal"-type mess. It was loaded with breakfast meat (eggs, sausage, bacon), home-style potatoes, assortment of breads, cereals, fruit, juices, coffees. It was a real decision-making event at breakfast. The bread toaster was an actual restaurant salamander and toasted both sides at once.
The lobby area has a good-sized arcade. The fireplace sitting area was cozy. This hotel was really remarkable.
We really enjoyed our stay."
