「We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Verona! We had a beautiful room, the pool and spa area are very nice. Location was great as it’s right on the edge of where all the big shopping and restaurants are in the area. Communication with the staff before and during our trip was fast and easy. 」

「Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff. Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy). 」

「Breakfast to go options or onsite breakfast options. Staff on hand 24/7. My flight was delayed which meant I checked in 2am- was not an issue. 15 mins away from Arena. Rooms were modern and had all facilities required. Liked the designated ironing room too. And hair dryer was really good too」

「Beautiful rooms and design. Unique features in some room (a piano in one of our room). Just be aware that the glass enclosed shower (partially frosted) is in the sleeping area if you are sharing room. Small elevator allow moving luggage with ease. Secured Parking inside courtyard within the building was a real bonus. Room enough for our rental Audi Q5 but may be not a full size SUV. Reception staff was fantastic, friendly and waited for us at the entrance to guide us through. Location is near to...

「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」
