「The site was not as advertised ! There was no one on site , there were no directions on access , worst situation I have ever been involved in !」

「Amazing place, amazing atmosphere, amazing location. Second time we have visited in two years and we will be back again for sure. Thanks to Sara and Christian, and the rest of the staff.」

「Beautiful location in the wynyards around Soave.」

「A beautiful setting and outstanding service and kindness from all the staff」

「Very nice hotel」

「Amazing staff, everyone is so kind and helpful. A 10/10 stay! Rooms were clean and has plenty of space for two. Would highly recommend.」

「Clean and updated room, good location. But the breakfast is bad taste. The green light in bathroom is scary. The staff during midnight can't speak English well. However, it's still suitable choice in this price.」

「good 」

「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Buffet breakfast was excellent in quality and quantity. Location is a little bit off the town centre, but taxis were easily available and affordable. The only issue was the bath tub which was pretty high for getting in and out. Showers would have been much more appreciated.」
