Fabulous hotel

What a great hotel! It was chosen as a convenient stop to break up a late night arrival and a drive to Venice with my kids but it was definitely a hidden gem. The staff could not have been more helpful. We had a delayed flight so I called to check someone would still be around for us to check in. I was advised someone would be there until 11 but if we were arriving later it wasn't a problem. We then had a stressful chain of events, pushing us way past 11pm but the man at the hotel called to check our arrival time and gave clear arrival instructions which were also sent by what's app, including pictures to help us check we were at the right place. It really made a world of difference and I am so grateful. The hotel was clean, beds were comfy and air con was great. Buffet breakfast was small but contained a good selection of savoury and sweet options. Staff were friendly and really helpful. Parking was easy. No complaints at all. Upon arrival in Venice, we discovered a lifelong best friend teddy had been lost (every parents nightmare!) but a quick WhatsApp to the hotel and it was located (phew!), a picture was sent to us and it was kept safe for us to collect - again, a lifesaver! I would definitely recommend this hotel and the friendly helpful staff really made it.

We loved this hotel. Close to Verona if you have a car. The property is really nice and the hotel room was clean and quiet. Breakfast is tasty and the coffe is made at the moment by this lady who was very nice. All the staff was very nice specially at my check in.

Tout est parfait mis à part le petit déjeuner un peu trop chimique et le personnel qui règle ses comptes dans la salle ! C’est dommage; j’aurais mis 5 étoiles sinon. Chambre très propre et le personnel à l’accueil est très aimable. Merci également au personnel de chambre.

Hotellet ligger ca. 20 min. kørsel i bil fra Verona. Selve hotellet er fint, ikke noget særligt men pænt og rent. Personalet derimod er så utroligt servicemindede og venlige. Morgenmaden (buffet) er okay, men kedelig.

Siamo stati in questo albergo in maniera del tutto casuale, ma ci siamo trovati davanti a persone gioviali e disponibili, un ambiente pulito e razionale, una camera ben arredata, un materasso degno del suo nome e dei cuscini ottimi. Preis-Leistung ist gut

Alles in Ordnung, aber die Räume sind extrem hellhörig. Die Fenster haben Rollläden, das ist zwar perfekt finster um zu schlafen, wenn allerdings im Nebenzimmer jemand den Rollladen öffnet oder schließt, dann ist das so laut, dass man binnen Sekunden hellwach ist.

Posizione strategica nei pressi delle Terme di Giunone. Pulito, confortevole, staff cordiale. L'hotel è stato recentemente rinnovato, alcune parti devono essere completate (terrazze, condizionatori, alcuni dettagli nei bagni...) Colazione sufficiente. Complessivamente esperienza positiva.
