「The best stay in Europe trip, the staff were really friendly. Wine tasting is highly recommended, breakfast were also very good. If you drive by yourself, 30 mins away from Verona. Such a nice place to visit again, thank you !」

「Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff. Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy). 」

「Check In super funktioniert. Kaffee und Wasser wird zur Verfügung gestellt. Leider hast du nie wirklich Ruhe, weil man alles durchhört, selbst wenn die Zimmernachbarn leise reden, hört man jedes Wort… die Nächte waren dadurch eher schlaflos 」

「乾淨、明亮，美味的早餐是特色，地點接近火車站、公車站具方便性。 但是分配給我的房間是邊間 ，沒有窗戶，桌上的燈光壞了，廁所的洗手槽，水排洩管路，不順暢，有積水現象。」

「We were told they were not serving breakfast until next week. We would have been ok with that, but I don't like being told it's available when it is not. I suspect it is because we were the only people staying in the hotel. There should be some indication in the advertisement that breakfast is not always available.」
