"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. "立地はとても良く、観光にも便利なホテルです。 入口が少し分かりにくかったのですが、建物の角のところに入口があります。 スタッフはみなさんとても親切で、気持ちよく滞在できました。部屋にはエアコンがあり、しっかり効きます。 ホテルというよりは、雰囲気としてはビジネスホテルよりもペンションに近い印象です。 窓に少し隙間があるため、部屋に蚊が入ってくることがありました。 一番気になったのはWi-Fiです。部屋ではほぼ使えず、食堂やロビーに行くとなんとか繋がるという状態でした。安定したインターネット環境が必要な方は注意したほうがいいと思います。 朝食は美味しく、毎朝楽しめました。 シャワーは少しクセがあります。初日はお湯が出なかったのですが、2日目以降は逆に、うまく調整しないと熱湯になってしまうことがあり、ちょうどいい温度にするには少しコツが必要でした。 Wi-Fiの繋がりにくさなど多少気になる点はありましたが、立地の良さ、スタッフの親切さ、朝食などを含め、全体的には満足できるホテルでした。"
