De los 4 dias que estuve en dos ocasiones no había agua caliente en la mañana. Ademas el check in no estuvo a tiempo. Me entregaron la habitación una hora mas tarde. En la barra de cafetería, el cafe esta frio. Las habitaciones e instalaciones del hotel son limpias y aceptables.

This hotel it’s great The personal is super friendly, attentive and helpful. price is good. room was clean, smell clean it’s not noisy, has AC, mini fridge, fresh coffee downstairs with pastries or oax bread, fruits, free water we stay for 8 days never had a problem. Location is literally 2 blocks from the zocalo. 3 blocks from the best markets in the city. 100% recommended.
