「The hotel had extremely nice staff and our room was perfect for seeing out Storm Theresa. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. I had an excellent massage and would recommend the hotel to anyone」

「The rooms were well designed and clean but we found the pillows really uncomfortable. Around the outside sun-bed area, the hotel staff decided to steam clean the beds for an hour which was noisy and annoying, I came on holiday to get away from the sound of a vacuum! The food selection was good but we found it luke warm, a microwave would be good so you could heat up the buffet food, lastly the orange juice was fake, I would of expected real orange juice in Spain also a coffee machine to offer...

「There is no central heating in this place; A gas heater and a fireplace are available. The staff offered to start the heater, which we accepted, and a box of wood was provided for self-servicing the fireplace. The gas heater turned off after 10 minutes cause the gas tank was almost empty. On the other hand, I gave up on the fireplace after 90 minutes of successive failing attempts because the wood was extremely wet. The manager was absent and so was the owner.
