「Unsafe conditions and lots of deferred maintenance. Some small annoyances like the stove not working, the keypad locks not working, the toilet paper dispenser broken, the toilet flush broken, the bathroom lock broken (locking me in at one point) etc. Some genuine safety concerns like large wood splinter sticking out of the floor outside of the shower and the safety chain on the front door broken.
