I was given a key to room and a receipt. I understand people making mistakes . 「The location was great , pool was nice but ,, there were to many worn out items , stairs had different tiles some broken , our room was clean but bed cover had some burnt holes , they tried with the restroom remodel but left old cabinet door and mirror .. needs more work」

「Everything was great except no coffee pot. Luckily I brought my own. We also were given a handicap room with a shower. I thought I had requested a room with a bathtub. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.」
