「The room was clean. Parking area was also nice. The lobby was also clean. Even though vending machine, microwave oven and coffee were available in the pantry area, but no sinker and tap were provided in the area, and it's not very convenient.」

「酒店很容易找到，房间很大！但房间有一股怪味，比较吵。有足够的停车位，交通便利。早餐还不错！以西式早餐为主。」

「They never clean the air conditioner. When I turned on the heating, the dust inside was scorched by the heating wire. There was a strong burning smell. I didn't dare to turn on the heating. I was afraid it would catch fire.」

「餐饮一般，回房间查ID很麻烦」

「The person at the desk was very attentive!」

「The service was extremely poor. In the morning, my room door was opened for no reason, and when they saw that I was inside, they immediately closed it again without giving any explanation or apology. Later, I reported this incident to the front desk, but the staff seemed indifferent and simply said it might have been housekeeping. However, this is a serious safety issue — why would someone open a guest’s door without knocking first?」

「Front staff is very friendly, we felt very welcomed from the moment we checked in. Rooms are spacious for a family of four. The breakfast every morning was great. Plenty of parking around the property. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here whenever we are back in the area.」
