「They never clean the air conditioner. When I turned on the heating, the dust inside was scorched by the heating wire. There was a strong burning smell. I didn't dare to turn on the heating. I was afraid it would catch fire.」

「The room was clean. Parking area was also nice. The lobby was also clean. Even though vending machine, microwave oven and coffee were available in the pantry area, but no sinker and tap were provided in the area, and it's not very convenient.」

「酒店很容易找到，房间很大！但房间有一股怪味，比较吵。有足够的停车位，交通便利。早餐还不错！以西式早餐为主。」

Later, I reported this incident to the front desk, but the staff seemed indifferent and simply said it might have been housekeeping. However, this is a serious safety issue — why would someone open a guest’s door without knocking first?」

「Worst door keycards ever. they demagnetize so easy. I went to the desk over 10 times to get another key made, and on top of that, they kept asking for my ID when of course my ID was locked in the room. They really need to upgrade the doors ASAP. I will not be back due to the inconvenience」
