Overall - very good place if you are on a budget. I'd stayed before in a different motel and it was very bad, this one is good value for money, I would come back.

Overall I had a good experience! I did get stuck with a smoking room because I checked in super late and it was the last room available, but other than that! It was nice and quiet, night front desk was friendly and helpful!

A loud water drop sound all night near the bathroom door. a lot of flys in the room and I paid for a non smoking room and I walked in to the room smelled heavy smoke.
