My room was cute, but the amount they hold up front is kinda crazy. I called the night before and was told they hold $150. In actuality, they hold $75 per day and I was there 5 days! So instead of $890 like I expected, they held almost $1100 on my card smh.

Room was dirty. Hair on bathroom walls and stain on the sheet. No refrigerator. Bed was super uncomfortable and locatuon not very safe.

Hotel Riu Plaza Fisherman's Wharf
Excelente hotel. Muito bem localizado e com otimo atendimento. Vale a pena para quem quer visitar San Francisco, havendo diversas opções de restaurantes na volta. Quarto é o tradicional, com duas camas de casal.
