「Seamless check-in process, spotless room, fantastic air-conditioning (which was very important during the summer), large parking lot for my car, very close to the city centre, would stay there again.」

「Great hotel, perfect location and great easy walk into Lucca. Helpful staff and really good pool area.」

「We visited the San Luca Palace in September. The rooms are magnificent. Clean and spacious. The hotel is very close to the town centre (about a 5 minute walk to the Duomo). Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and the staff calm and attentive. There is also a very good restaurant about 3 doors down from the hotel. Can’t recommend highly enough!」

「感觉房间很旧，周边没有餐馆，不过旁边有家超市购物方便。」

「Great location, nice & helpful staff .」

「Nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet. Rustic style of room furnishings.」

「Beautiful hotel and most amazing staff. Highly recommend」

「Great location, spacious room and super friendly staffs. Highly recommended this hotel for a short day to visit Lucca, Viareggio or Pisa.」

「Stairs to rooms on first floor, no elevator, so be prepared to carry luggage up and down. Lovely room with a view of plaza. Very comfortable and secure electronic locks. Safe was locked and unusable . Great location in heart of Lucca. Very clean and comfortable」

「It took us about 8 minutes to walk to the hotel from the train station and the hotel is also perfectly placed with easy access to everything in Lucca. The room was perfect and we were able to leave our bags at reception while the room was being finished. Would recommend.」

「Nice location, beautiful area. Enjoyed our stay」

「Beautiful converted hotel constructed in the 1700’s. Modern amenities. Like an elevator. Room had spa batch and separate shower. Breakfast had sweets and fresh fruits along with cheeses and assorted meats. No eggs. Room was comfortable. Most important is its location in the middle of Centro storico. Parking was a few steps away. 」

「A very good hotel. Well maintained and looked after. Staff friendly and efficient. Modern, clean and comfortable. Only issue is that it’s a ten minute walk into the city of Lucca, but not a big deal if you’re mobile. Would recommend.」

「A beautiful hotel right outside the gates of historical Lucca. We enjoyed a walk into the city and felt safe returning back home to the hotel after a late dinner. Modern and clean rooms and lovely staff. A great breakfast.」

「Such a cool experience! Loved the historical character of this room, with a bit of a modern vibe. We got there quite late so had a remote check in which worries me a bit but it was easy and not worth the worry. Location - excellent!」
