「It was incredible in every way. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful & kind & called water taxis for us & answered any questions we had about the area. They made our 2 nights in Venice much easier as I was traveling with my parents who have some Mobility issues. Our private terrace was so picturesque & perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. The attached restaurant was delicious……lasagna & tiramisu 2 nights in a row!! 」

「Nice room with sea view, when opening the window I heard the sound of the water in the canal and the seagulls, the wind, the boats passing, people on their way. Perfect Venice feeling. The view for sunrise and sunset especially is amazing! The Room was very clean, nice and basically, everything you need, including a tablet with a little welcome breakfast and a selection of teas and instant coffee. 「地點還不錯，離車站走路(不迷路的話)大概15分鐘之內可以到。飯店的服務人員都很親切，雖然義大利口音重，比較難聽清楚，但很明確地感覺到他們熱心要告訴我們觀光路線，也推薦我們好吃的餐廳跟附近的超市。下次機會的話還會選擇這間飯店！」

「有24小時的櫃檯是件很貼心的事，但是晚上的櫃檯人員比較冷淡讓我們有點畏懼問問題，早餐送到房內也很棒，但是每天都是一樣的太簡單的麵包」
