We ended up buying candles to get rid of the odor. Even though we opened the windows before every stay, the smell was still there. If you want housekeeping, you have to pay $75. I don’t mind choosing a room with a balcony, but I can guarantee the window in a balcony room is smaller than the one in your bathroom at home. It...

「My partner and I had a wonderful time! We stayed from Wednesday to Friday, and the street noise very minimal. The front desk agent, Merry, was so funny and kind and gave us an upgrade since it was available! She also told us what was going on around the Gaslamp Quarter and was very helpful during our stay. The valet was also insanely helpful whenever I left items in my car and they happily grabbed them for me! Our stay was nothing short of amazing!」
