"During my stay I had to deal with a leak in the toilet for about three days. Because of this, I was unable to fully use the room, and the overall cleanliness was not what I expected. The pool also appeared very unclean. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be staying at the Hilton again. Thank you"

"Housekeeping opened my door at 8:00 AM while I was still in the room. She knocked but immediately opened the door, and I was naked in bed. Once she realized, she quickly closed the door and left. Then at 11:00 AM, housekeeping came back and knocked again even though I had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door since the previous night. It felt very intrusive and honestly like they were trying to rush guests out as early as possible. Guest privacy and the “Do Not Disturb” sign should be respected."
