"I've stayed at this property off and on for over 40 years. They've renovated rooms, kept the pool and grounds nice, good continental breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Nice to see it's still a great place to stay"

"Great rooms and amenities, very comfortable beds, great bathroom, nice sized balcony, great pool, good restaurant, beautifully landscaped grounds. Only issue was AC wasn’t working properly and left a msg with the front desk for repair/maintenance. Highly recommend this Hotel property!"

"Property is attractive with ample parking shared with the Westin. The room was clean and modern, great mattress and sheets. The downside were the odd clunking noises from the building and a light in the entryway hall that flickered all night despite being off. The noise was probably due the most annoying since the structure just seems to transmit plumbing and other noises a bit more than I’m used to. Overall I’d stay again. "

"Arrived at tail end of heatwave and hotel HVAC could not provide enough AC power to be comfortable; staff indicated that half of the AC units were not working. Carpet in room had stains. Shower had black mildew and after use gave off strong odor. Noise of El Camino Real moderate, our room faced that street. We used ear plugs. Breakfast and common areas are in good shape. Long hottub enjoyable. Location perfect for all things Menlo Park and upper half of Palo Alto."

"Beautiful little hotel, very nice rooms, friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast is good, not great, but there are a ton of places to eat around it, but definitely good for a morning pick-me-up. Pretty quiet for being right off a major throughfare, just jet traffic noise from SJO, but that's common. I would defintiely stay again next time I am in the area. "
