If you need a place with a pool, entertainment, room service and attentive staff this is not the place for you. If you need a place to lay your head down so that you don’t fall asleep at the wheel then Good Living Inn will be MORE than good enough. Upside? A stones throw in any direction you are surrounded by AMAZING restaurants! Wish I could have stayed longer to try out more!

Good location to a Walgreens, TraderJoes, and Iguay restaurant. Sadly there was no continental breakfast (even tho there appears to be a space for that - and there was one in the past when I stayed before).

Pretty funky room. There were a few stairs up to the bathroom and there was longish black hair everywhere - on the floors, cabinets and in the shower. I got in late and was too tired to complain. Probably won't stay here again.

The room is acceptable, yet the hotel price is extremely high. Prices around San Francisco are inflated, with comparable hotels costing 20%-30% more here than in other areas.

The accommodation was as per the photos and description but does not show the stains on the lounge chair and I dont know the last time the carpet was cleaned. The WiFi is poor and our TV did not work the first 2 of our 5 night stay and had to be repaired each time. The hair dryer didnt work and the phone could not dial 0 for reception. There were two safes and neither worked. Its quite noisy close to the road and railway tracks. Just being honest, we would not return.

Room looked good. However, was dirty, coffee machine disgusting with spoiled stuff in it, bathroom sink clogged, hair in sink and bath stall, TV did not work, no response, phone calls to front desk instantly were disconnected, fixtures in bathroom damaged. Basically, a completely negative experience.

I am shocked at Hotels.com for promoting this filthy hotel!…I have photos which show how disgusting this place was. We could not even brush our teeth, as the sink did not drain!…the TV did not work, the towels were dirty, the ceiling had black mold,,,THE CONDITIONER from the soap dispenser on the wall had black bugs in it! OMG….and we could not complain as we checked in very late at night. We were visiting a family member in the nearby hospital, and just needed a room to shower and sleep before checking out again early the next morning! DO NOT Book this PLACE….IT WAS GROSS…….. we changed to a hotel down the street the next night for $40 more and it was WONDERFUL I WANT MY MONEY BACK

The room was just adequate. Nothing special. The cleaning between days was non existent- they took used towels, but did not make the bed, leave new towels, replace coffee or cups. Staff was moderately helpful, but not up to expected hotel standards. This hostelry can be compared to a low end Motel 6.
