No English spoken, had to change rooms because of boiler problem, lost electricity twice although not sure if it was just the hotel or more widespread. Hotel very overpriced for what you get. Old tiles, no plug in sink, marks on walls etc. just needs a redue. Worst part..I was the only guest in the entire place ! Never had that happen before, kind of creepy. Staff was very nice.」

「The condo was across the street from the beach. The beach was not as depicted in the pictures. No private beach access. We had to go up several blocks to the boardwalk for public beach access. Instructions on how to access the WiFi and TV could have been communicated better. TV was reported not working but was not corrected during our 7 day stay. Great location just 2 blocks away from the Malecon which gives a feeling of privacy, yet close enough to the action if you want it.
