Modern and clean hotel right on the beach. The rooms are nice and clean, and I had a great view of the ocean. I would have liked to have a room safe but otherwise everything was great.

Well, the pictures are different than the actual place. They don’t have coffee in the rooms. They offer you the usage of a coffee machine if you go to the store and buy coffee. My credit card was lost inside of a taxi. And two nights later the taxi man arrived at this hotel at five in the morning, and the staff went to my door and knocked on my door until I woke up and told to come to the lobby to get my card from this taxi man. And the taxi man had been trying to use my card multiple times before he turned it into me to get a tip from me. I did not know he had tried to use it until I looked at my emails records from my credit card company saying the card was declined so the taxi man since he had no luck with my car decided to try to return it to be a hero and do so at five in the morning before I woke up to the emails from my credit card and this hotel and their staff allowed this man into the lobby and then came to my room and woke me up. Completely and totally unacceptable. There was no hot water. They offered an extremely tightly wound in plastic small bar of soap that was a joke. The woman and the daughter who worked in the lobby downstairs were the nicest part of this hotel. They were extremely sweet people. Everything else about my stay there was not great. I still cannot believe they woke me up at five in the morning to allow this taxi thief to try to give me my card back and of course I gave him a tip not knowing he had been trying to use my card all night. No good!

Está en excelente zona, no tiene elevador a pesar que no tiene muchos pisos son cansadas las escaleras, la habitación se me hizo demaciado pequeña (éramos 2 personas ) tiene un frigo bar para que metas tus cosas a enfriar . El baño de recepción nunca funcionó tenía que subir hasta la habitación

The best thing about the hotel was the friendly staff and the location. The beach facing balcony was also worth the extra cost. However, it stays windy and if you are a light sleeper you will need earplugs. Bed was too hard for my taste but clean. There is no pool but you are right on the beach. The microwave and fridge were also nice to have. This is also close to the grocery store and other conveniences which includes tours to area sites nearby. Overall 3.5 stars above average.

Al principio nos llevamos mala impresión porque los blancos de 1 de las camas estaban manchados, me tocó bajar y solicitar el cambio ya que no había personal que lo hiciera, faltaban amenidades y blancos de baño. El horno de microondas no funcionaba, nos prestaron plancha pero no cuenta con burro, ni con caja de seguridad.

We had an ocean view It was a partial view but very good and morning sun. FYI we stayed 3 weeks but during the days prior to Ash Wed in Feb. they have a huge carnival, and the grandstand is in front of hotel so the noise level is very high and continues late into the night. So be aware it starts the Friday night and the last night is Shrove Tues. Ear plugs do not work and we ended up moving to a friend's place for four nights while carnival was on.

I reserved a premium room with an ocean view. Not knowing it was on the 3rd floor, we asked to change to a lower floor as my husband could not climb 3 flights of stairs. The manager immediately changed us to a ground level room but with no balcony nor ocean view. The room had a musty smell. It was not comparable to the premium room. He could not provide any other room at that time as they were fully booked. He refunded me a small amount but did not cover the money I lost for the cost of a premium room. The other issue is that street vendors played loud music until late at night. The manager and staff were friendly and understanding. Our stay was still pleasant but I was disappointed that we didn’t get what initially paid for.

Great location. Very, very poorly equipped kitchen. Not even a pot, only fry pan with a laddle no spatula. Drinking water not supplied. Hot water and wifi sporadic. Not fabulous, but ok.
