Very nice, remote, bumpy road leading to hotel, quiet, beautiful large rooms, oceanview and ocean is about a block from hotel. Nice tropical hideaway to getaway and relax.

The property was not as it shows online. The resort was totally empty except for us. The security guard checked us in. Although they were empty, they put us on the fourth floor with no elevator. The staff that we did see over our stay were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The restaurant wasn’t open and the pools were not clean. Maybe it was off season, I don’t know. The staff is the only redeeming factor.

The restaurant was wonderful. The property was beautiful but some of the villas need upkeep...Mirrors, refrigerator, toilet issues... Beautiful setting...quiet and restful.

Beautiful spot

The place was beautiful, the staff were really great. Fewer amenities than expected (they have a store where they sell most things). There's no phone in the room, but they will deliver to the room if you have a phone to call the restaurant. The pools are cold. Google maps are very off in this area, and finding the hotel was quite difficult - if you're driving make sure you know how to get there, especially if you're driving at night.

Carencias en el hotel

Tengo una observación muy importante. Se menciona tener Club de Playa, pero no hay tal cosa. En mi estancia me transportaron a una playita, con 5 camastros, no hay palapa, sombrilla ni ningún servicio. Realmente eso fue frustante. Esa playa sin ningún mantenimiento. Otro problema fue no tener agua en la habitación una tarde. Tardaron más de una hora en arreglar. La mañana siguiente sin agua caliente. Tuvimos que bañarnos con agua fría. Nada agradable porque el clima estaba muy fresco por un frente frío. Es un hotel hermoso y cómodo. Pero hay estos detalles que incomodan mucho al huésped y te sientes un tanto defraudado.

OJO ESTO NO ES HOTEL!!!!!

Excelente pero esto NO es hotel son villas y hay que firmar un contrato de “arrendamiento”, no hay servicio de limpieza y no hay amenidades como papel higiénico y esas cosas, una vez que se acaban uno tienen que ir a comprarlas

So fabulous! Our room was so nice with a beautiful view! It was enormous as well! Great place to stay and stock up on groceries because the kitchen is ideal! It also has a nice pool area and the servers are all so sweet ! Front desk always ready to help! Come visit you won’t forget it!
