I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, I like that it isn't too loud except for a couple occasions like christmas dinner. I find it is a good value to be right beside the ocean and having all meals covered plus snacks and several drink options. Yes it is a bit of a drive away from Merida but that puts it close to wild flamingos.

The property could be very special but, looks like the owners have not done any renovations for years. No access to the beach because of erosion. The rooms lacked decor. The buffet was undesirable. Cold food and lack of choices. The staff was wonderful though. Very friendly.

There was water shut-down due to pipe burst. The electrify failed (went off) 3 times. Management did not wanted to refund or modify my booking.

The staff were great. The grounds are really impressive. Loved hearing the waves crash against the retaining wall. Some of the food was very good, some was just so so. They need better steam tables to keep the food warm. Also, this isn't their fault, but the road that leads to Reef Yucatan and other nearby resorts is ridiculous. It's like an obstacle course of potholes.

The beach is practically inaccesible, stairs go down right to the water, no beach to walk/stay, the room had the bathroom door loose on the top so you needed to push it up in order to close it, for my 7 year old daughter this was impossible because of the door weight, so she needed help everytime she needed to use the restroom, buildings are old and need maintenance, but all in all it was a good place, at nights, it is so calm that you can enjoy the sea sound and moonlight like no other place in crowded hotel áreas. Food was ok, but service was slow, and not a lot of options to choose from.

Nice place. Secluded. Unpaved road entrance makes it quite a bumpy ride to enter. Saturday was understaffed. Too many events and not enough staff for good care. But, yet, still nice.

This is not a 5-star hotel. The staff is nice and they try hard to provide a good experience but the property is run down and in need of desperate repairs. the location is not convenient, unless you have your own vehicle but the roads are in bad shape.

The room has no chairs to sit in, in your room. None. You either sit on the bed or the floor. The floor was never really clean, always sandy. The food selections are very limited, and being allergic to mushrooms turned into a big thing. The folks who work there are so friendly and kind. They are the amazing feature of this place.

Tenía miedo por los malos comentarios, sin embargo nos gustó, claro fui un día después de vacaciones, era tranquilo, claro nonson nuevos las instalaciones pero cumplía su función, los alimentos aunque no tenían mucha variedad cumplía su función no era mala , tenía sazón, la materia prima que utilizan como la carne es de muy buena calidad, lo único que no me gusti era el restaurante de los snack frente la piscina estaba muy expuestos algunos puntos de los alimentos y las moscas pues aprovechan hacer de las suyas , pero en términos generales regresaría la verdad es que si
