Hotel staff was great at check in and room was cleaned daily. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap were in the room. Amenities in the lobby included toothbrush kit and face cleaning oil packets. Unlike other Japanese hotels I’ve been to, there were no lotions or moisturizers of any kind. Good neighborhood and did not experience any noisy neighbors nor hallway noise"
