"New build hotel with small pool, large rooms, equipped kitchen and huge bed! Laundry can be done on site and you can also hire a scooter without need for deposit or passport which is handy. 300 baht deposit needed for room key on arrival, worth noting. Location is around 10-15 mins walk to lamai beach but lots of food places around. "Lovely setting with beach bungalows in a nice garden. Breakfast was really tasty - set menu but could order more than one item! Beach itself is idyllic and great for snorkelling/kayaking. Service was really good, especially a big shout out for the ice cream cake for my birthday! Only downside to this place was that the bed was a little hard for us westerners, but aside from that, all good. "
