「第一天搭船到蘇美的時候，我朋友就因為浪太大在船上跌倒，倒致行動不便，在住宿的時間內，服務人員只要看到我朋友進出飯店，都會主動攙扶和幫助；因為在蘇美的三天天氣不是很好，所以我們也取消了第二天要去龜島和南園島的行程，也是請櫃檯人員協助退船票，他們用的是自己的手機打電話，總之，這裡的一切太美好了…會愛上蘇美島我想不是這裡的藍天白雲和沙灘(因為天氣不好，所以什麼都沒看見)，而是飯店人員的敬業和服務態度，下次來還是會選這家飯店。」

「I loved staying with them and getting to know them. They are lovely, honest, hard working people and their property is well maintained, clean and spacious. If I could change a few things. Do not allow smoking in the balconies. The rest of us who don’t smoke suffocate with windows open and no one came to Thailand to stay with windows closed. Parking bikes outside people’s entrances is another issue. There were times I didn’t have access to my property especially as I needed to bring my bicycle in...

「when we checked in on the first day, we had to request hairdryer and boiler from the front desk. No shampoo in the bathroom until the 3rd day, due to the miss-communication between front desk and cleaning staff. Very cold air conditioner, but very quiet during evening. Nice porch and good breakfast.」
