「作为新春全家出游的选择，poppies基本达到了我们的期许。入住时，房间靠近马路，晚上噪音不少。但James竭尽所能为我们更换了房间，让我们非常感动。酒店的各项设施都很不错。最让我们惊喜的一是酒店的餐厅服务特别是早餐极其出色，二是酒店员工都乐于助人，服务态度都极为优秀，三是酒店整体环境很好，闹中取静，能在苏梅岛日益嘈杂的环境中找到这样一片小屋实属不易。当然也略有不足，一是随着苏梅岛的发展，24间房的差距可是显现，明显前后排的入住体验还是有很大差距的。二是服务还是以欧美标准为主，对于日益增加的中国游客需求可能还没能适应，全店没有会说中文的员工，年夜饭的套餐也不太适合中国客人的需求，明显不如酒店原有套餐吸引人。三是由于接待量有限，有时提出一些要求也无法一时满足，比如只能2人，不能3人同时做按摩等等。不过相信在James的带领下，poppies会保持现有水准，越来越好。」

「整體來說很好，就是比較多蚊」

「不太想給負評，但很希望其他旅客能有真實的經驗參考(我自己也很依賴旅客的經驗分享) 我們共訂4間海景villa，心得是W是網美(Youtuber)業配拱出的高房價。 一間一晚近兩萬台幣的海景房，一間沒冷氣，一間浴缸水是黃的，一間淋浴間熱水不熱(水溫32度)，還好有一間終於沒事。 前一天還特別去提醒的生日設置，下午3點過後，人都辦完手續才開始布置房間，以至於需在大廳等候。(這怎麼會有驚喜的感覺?) 飯店太舊，館內接送車 buggy若不抱怨會莫名需要等候超過30分鐘。總之，這個飯店我認為太不值這個房價。(業配太過了) 飯店離市區遠，附近沒有雙條車，進出都需要叫包車，費用大約1000泰銖(單程)，提供參考。」

「Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The rooms were clean and the pool has a reasonable size. Staff were polite and attentive to our needs. We had an amazing stay until the last day of our trip. We triple confirmed late check-out (15.30) with staff from the reception. However, all our luggage and valuables were being removed from our room without our consent after the normal check-out time while we were out having lunch. We didn't even finish packing.
