Quiet little spot nearby food and shops.

Really chilled and relaxed from check in to check out. Friendly staff, good location. Short walk to beach and night market. Lots of breakfast places within a few minutes walk.

Anmeldelse af Crystal Lamai Hotel, Koh Samui

Crystal Lamai Hotel ligger perfekt placeret i hjertet af Lamai – tæt på restauranter, markeder og stranden. Beliggenheden kan næsten ikke blive bedre, og man får meget for pengene her. Værelserne er dejligt store, men hotellet fremstår mere forfaldent end billederne giver indtryk af. Køleskabet på værelset var meget lille, men vi satte pris på, at der hver dag blev leveret gratis vandflasker, friske håndklæder, redt seng og fejet gulv. Servicen var generelt god, og personalet var hjælpsomme – både med daglige behov og når vi ønskede at arrangere ture direkte fra receptionen. Træningsrummet var en skuffelse, da det kun bestod af gamle træningscykler og manglede andet udstyr. Alt i alt et godt valg for dem, der prioriterer beliggenhed, rummelige værelser og venlig service – men man skal være forberedt på, at standarden er lidt lavere end de glansbilleder, der vises online.

Sehr große Zimmer, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Eigentlich auch ein schöner Pool. Allerdings waren in dem Hotel mehrere französische Familien mit Kindern als große Gruppe abgestiegen. Wenn diese zum Pool kamen, war der Geräuschpegel dermaßen hoch, dass man sich freiwillig zurück gezogen hat. Da kann das Hotel aber nichts dazu. Dass einzige was zu kritisieren wäre ist eine fehlende Handbrause. Nur mit der Regenfalldusche ist es schwierig den Sand vom Strand von Körper zu bekommen. Was uns sonst noch gestört hat, ist das man trotzdem unser Zimmer betreten hat obwohl wir das Schild "bitte nicht stören" rausgehängt hatten. Wir haben immer zweimal abgeschlossen und als wir wieder kamen war nur einmal abgeschlossen. Trotzdem wollte man uns suggerieren das keiner im Zimmer war, weil man uns die zwei kostenlosen Wasserflächen von außen an die Tür gehängt hat. Es ist nicht weggekommen aber trotzdem hatten wir ein komisches Gefühl dabei Und wir haben uns ganz bestimmt nicht geirrt, da es mehrmals vorgekommen ist.
