"Resort had zero atmosphere. Staff seemed disinterested and very unprofessional. The bar was never attended and when asking for a drink you had to go into the kitchen to where they were all sat with faces glued to there phones. Breakfast was the same everyday and was always greeted with "what eggs do you want" rather than good morning. I would definitely recommend not staying at this resort."

"Overall was an amazing stay. Staff are friendly and the property is well kept. Our ocean view pool villa was just what we wanted. Only 2 things that drop the rating to 4 stars instead of 5 1) wait time to get some items from housekeeping took almost 1hr (just 2 beach towels) - other services like calling a buggy or room service was very prompt and speedy 2) there was a wedding but the notification did not mention anything about loud music from the restaurant. (Only mentioned loud noise from a firework show at 1030pm - which was fine as we expected it) It went on for about 3 hrs. We could here all the music and lyrics clearly from our villa. We understand it is a wedding and a happy occassion but was not expecting the music (if any) to be that loud. If we knew we would have made arrangements to go out to town that night. It did ruin our night and was very unpleasant. We also could barely hear the TV with the music playing. We were about 3 or 4 villa ls away from the Star restaurant where the wedding was held Front office staff was nice and offered an apology meal but it doesnt amount to the 1 night value we lost to enjoy our night and villa. Hopefully the next wedding wont effect the next guests Other than that..amaIng property, great views and nice staff"

"I only stayed for two nights, but the receptionist was very welcoming. As I was arriving just after the restaurant closed, they arranged for a meal to be brought to my room so I had that when I arrived. They also arranged my transport from the airport and back. The room was spotless and spacious, the bed was comfortable. Beautiful sea view from the terrace. Breakfast was lovely. I couldn't fault it. Would definitely recommend."

"Nice hotel near Lamai beach, which is a more laid back part of the island. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from, but not a lot o shopping choices. The pool area is nice area to lounge, overlooking the beach. The breakfast buffet for an additional $11 was a good deal for what you get - a variety of Western & Asian cuisine that was so delicious. The professional staff are friendly, welcoming & accommodating."

"We stayed in a Modern Pool Villa. During our stay we returned to the villa one evening to find a mouse in the bedroom. We then discovered a hole behind the sofa and droppings inside the kitchen cupboards, which was a clear hygiene concern. To their credit, the staff on site responded quickly that evening and eventually relocated us to another room. However, this was obviously disruptive packing essentials and moving late at night, especially with a small baby. We completed a full move to another villa the following day. While the staff we dealt with were polite and tried their best to help in the moment, we were disappointed with how the matter was handled afterwards. Despite the seriousness of the issue and the disruption caused, no meaningful compensation (e.g a refund for the disrupted night) was offered by the property management. We had very small token gestures. We would’ve preferred to resolve this direct with them but found communication very difficult. Earlier in the stay there had also been ongoing construction noise from a neighbouring property. Given the price point of the villas, this experience fell well below what we expected."
