"Planned three-week stay (business trip) – the hotel’s website stated that the pool was undergoing renovations but would be open by the end of February; the hotel advertised a fitness center and laundry facilities – reality: March 24: pool—closed, fitness center—closed, laundry room—dryer not working, clothes from the washing machine not washed. A flyer in the room states that cleaning/towel replacement takes place at least every three days—reality: the first room cleaning didn’t happen until a week into the stay after three requests to the front desk, and the second cleaning again only after a request to the front desk. Unwilling staff referred me to the “manager,” who, however, was not present in the morning or afternoon. "

"The staff was incredible and worked so hard. Madison tried so hard to get my room clean on Sunday. And Danny? (The snack shop guy) was incredible. So nice and kind. The kid guards were great! And my kids had a blast. But it was obvious the owners don’t care about them or the place. First deceiving guests about passes and how much they are when you book a room. But instead of fixing it they make these employees do their dirty work. Outlets in the room barely work. There was no “fun” at the water park. No music, the only reason I would comeback Is for the employees. "

"I booked for a suite with a living room and it came with a pull out as well. Very nice room with a full city river view. Almost a 360 view but not quite. However the room I was in was a corner king room partial view. I got all my things checked in and I realized I was in the wrong room. So I go back down and tell the guy he put me in the wrong room. He stated yes I realized but you were in a great mood I didn’t want to ruin it. My response being don’t you think this would’ve ruined it more paying for something I didn’t receive. I would not have checked in if you didn’t have my suite. He stated he would give me a breakfast voucher to smooth it over but that’s all he could do. I told him to cancel the reservation. Needless to say I spoke with another person after quite some time had passed. I was grabbing my things to leave and I was then moved to the room I actually paid for after a thorough discussion. My stay was kind ruined due to me wasting so much time on the room conflict I didn’t get to enjoy the property or restaurants. I kind of wished I just let them cancel and got the refund. It just took so much time and I spent most of it waiting on them to rectify the issue. 0/5 stars. "

"We used Hotels.com for this room even though it is nice place we wanted a one night get away and showed up checked it payed and then found out the pool was completely dry ! So I returned to front desk and asked the m to return our money so we could stay somewhere else. He told me could do it because there was no manager . So we were stuck and had to make other plans stuck in this hotel . And all the ice machines were broke and the channel selection was terrible. The staff is incompetent and asked me to tall to the manager in the morning and still no discount . Trap house lol"
