For the money it worked well. Bed and linens seemed new. Hot water. Stayed for a soccer tournament with my son. If you need a room for a good rate I would stay here again.

In the area for grandson's baseball tournament. Hotel check in was very friendly and accommodated my request to make a change to type of room. Reasonably clean. A bit musty. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Overall, met our needs at a very reasonable price.

Bed was wonderfully comfortable. This hotel is used by truckers so the surrounding area looks industrial, so very unattractive. Staff was very kind and helpful.

The owners were very friendly and quick to grab extra towels or tell you how to get places etc. the location would probably normally be amazing but between the time of year we visited and the road work that the hotel has no control over, it was a little inconvenient. Otherwise everything was great!

On the plus side it was clean. On the negative side, the mattress was way too hard. No bounce at all so could not sleep and ac was too noisy so turned it off. Plus there was only a top sheet, no real blanket. I loved the town and the beach. And they had great laundry machines.

Worth a try

Although this property is being renovated it was pretty clean and quiet. Great location to restaurants and the beach at Lake Erie. They were very short of staff but made it work. Simple decent place to sleep and stay. No frills no breakfast or pool but definitely worth the stay.
