「The structure has a ton of character and the hotel is very centrally located. However, I would expect a higher level of service from an establishment boasting a Michelin key. For example, when we vacated the rooms and had to store out luggage for a little while longer (as we still wanted to enjoy the city of Florence), they didn't have a safe deposit box for us to leave our passports and valuables at, and we had to carry them with us. This is a basic requirement from any reasonable hotel.」

「We LOVED our stay here! It was so central to everything that we would literally walk back just to go to the bathroom. The room and lobby area were so cute. Great AC for the hot summer heat and our favorite touch was that the lobby had cold water on tap (sparkling and still) and a little espresso bar with treats as well. The staff was nice and super helpful.」

「You should book a stay here without hesitation. The property and the apparmement were outstanding. The staff was very attentive and helpful.」

「The location is very good. All luxury shops are located near the hotel. But the windows are not well soundproofed. Music from the restaurant near the hotel was so loud. You have to wait until 00:30 before the music stop then you can sleep. The hotel female staff's attitude towards guests is rather cold Besides from these, this hotel is the best choice when you travel in Firenze.」

「The location was perfect, steps away from all of the best sites in Florence. The property was very clean and smelled amazing. The room was spacious and well appointed. The staff helped us get a taxi in the morning and even let me get a drink from the bar even though I didn’t realize a private event was happening. The drinks and food are pricey, as you would expect (about a 10 euro markup from any place else for a spritz), but we would absolutely stay here again.」
