「The location is very good. All luxury shops are located near the hotel. But the windows are not well soundproofed. Music from the restaurant near the hotel was so loud. You have to wait until 00:30 before the music stop then you can sleep. The hotel female staff's attitude towards guests is rather cold Besides from these, this hotel is the best choice when you travel in Firenze.」

「非常棒的酒店，房间大，浴室大。浴室有热毛巾的装置（很多酒店是不能用的），有拖鞋，身体乳浴帽，最赞的是每天一瓶气泡水一瓶矿泉水。欧洲一般的酒店最多给一瓶，有些只有第一天有…各种的小家子气。甚至最后一天要check out 了，还来敲门要给两瓶水，很热情。 酒店位置也好，去哪都方便，火车站就是五分钟的脚程。周围好吃的饭店也多。早餐也还行。 总之是物超所值的选择。非常推荐。」

「Located on a chic shopping street (above Gucci), this hotel is within easy walking distance of Florence’s major sights and the train station. Rooms are modern and comfortable, and the complimentary still and sparkling water is a thoughtful perk. Just be aware: top-floor rooms can get stuffy in summer, as the A/C struggles with the heat. Also, the hotel elevator starts on the first floor above ground, so people who have difficulty walking up stairs need to be aware.」
