「This has been one of the best hotels my family has stayed at before! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean! We stayed 4 days and never had an issue. Perfect location for us, right off of the interstate so getting to things was very quick and easy. Highly recommend, will definitely stay again! We traveled with 2 adults and 3 children for context. 」

「This was, without exaggeration, one of the most outrageously unprofessional hotel experiences I’ve ever had. After a long drive back from Chicago, I walked into a lobby with the door open and the “open” sign lit — and no one at the front desk. I rang the bell repeatedly and stood there wondering if anyone actually worked there. 「I stay here time to time due to convenience of location to be close for work and extra time with my kids. I never have an issue with anything and the owner and his wife are genuinely good people that treat you like an actual person and not just a guest. If anyone has a problem at this Hotel, it is definitely not because of the staff and owners. 」
