I checked in and went to my room. As I was walking down the hallway on the floor I was on, I walked passed a disgusting dirty, used towel and washcloth in the middle of the hallway. I got to my room and put my bags down and was going to put my water in the refrigerator. I specifically searched the hotel listing to make sure the rooms had at least a minifridge because of having kidney issues I am required to drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water a day. There was NO refrigerator in the room. So I went down to the front desk and waited about 10 minutes for an employee to come. When she did, I asked about the refrigerator and said there was not one in my room. She texted someone and proceeded to tell me that there are only 2 people working there and I would get it when I get it. I understand that a lot of places are short handed. I told her ok, as soon as possible is fine. As I was walking away she continued to talk about how there’s only 2 people working and when there’s time I would get it. Nothing that night. Got up in the morning to go about my day and the disgusting dirty towels were still in the same place as the day before. I came back later in the afternoon and still no refrigerator. My husband got one of the ice buckets and went to the ice machine, which did not work. So I continued to drink my water warm. Which is not the issue. No refrigerator period even after asking for one, disgusting dirty towels in the hallway. Requesting a refund.
