The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was very clean. My family and I had a great stay, the only complaint I have is the Hottub was broken, but that happens sometimes. Also, the mattress was very firm, but that's personal preference. All in all, fantastic experience and if I ever find myself in Caldwell again, we will be staying here.

Very disappointed they didn't have streaming for Netflix etc. Also, getting a couple extra towels seemed to be a big deal- "we don't really have enough for all the rooms"

Our first reaction when we entered our room was, " WOW! This is so CLEAN!" I think this is the cleanest, well-kept hotel we have stayed in, ever! There were plenty of towels. The bedding and linens were high quality, cozy, and not worn-out. The air conditioner was easy to operate and worked efficiently. The staff were also VERY welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was varied and really good, plus the breakfast area was tidy and clean, and was kept this way the entire time that people were dining. We stayed here to be close to Marietta for tourism purposes, and we will definitely be staying here, again. This seems to be a very well-run hotel, and the employees all seem to take pride in their facility. This was a place we really hated to leave!

It was a good stay, 2 nights and breakfast was decent enough but the pool and hot tub were closed because of a dehumidifier issue

Our stay at the Comfort Inn was very nice. I was pleased to find the rooms clean and the staff was very helpful and polite. Sadly, the pool was out of order which was noted on the website, but I had not checked that immediately prior our stay. There are numerous options for breakfast, the food was nicely displayed and the environment was very clean.

Staff, breakfast, cleanliness was all top notch! Downside, hotels.com did not relay that the pool was down, only reason choosing the hotel as others in the area do not have one. Can't blame the hotel staff for that, great stay room was clean.

The room was clean the bathroom was clean. All of the staff was very nice. The bathroom had a built in night light that was very helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of items. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I had a room facing the highway so there was a little noise but not bad. If you are a light sleeper maybe request a room on the other side of the hotel. It is a good location that is close to The Wilds and the Appalachian Wildlife Center.
