「Clean room, friendly staff」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful from the time we checked in. The room was very clean and roomy. My daughters enjoyed it! They had an amazing breakfast, buffet style. My daughters really enjoyed the pool. The location was so close to family we were visiting. I will definitely be staying here again.」

「I arrived late due to a mix up at another hotel. The guest service attendant (wish I could remember her name but she had lovely dark hair and warm personality) was extremely accommodating. She was compassionate considering I traveled all day to find there was no where for our family to sleep. Everything was top notch from the cleanliness of the rooms, amenities to the chicken sausage at breakfast. It was a pleasant suprise to see a full kitchen in the room that was fully stocked. 「This was a lovely stay! We were in town for a wedding, and mostly I was just looking for a place to sleep afterwards. However, we fell in love with this spot! It's beautifully decorated and everything is meant to make you feel at home in your own castle. Everything was sparkling clean and well thought out. The bathrooms were gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again!」

「Legitimately the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Toilets leaking and falling off the walls, shower heads as well. Pool completely closed off. This hotel is a total dump.」

「There was a cockroach in the room, the tv didn’t work, it was generally creepy and there wasn’t a toplock for the door so I had to push a table against the door because someone could actually just walk in. For a woman traveling by herself, it was an actual nightmare. Go to the sleep inn, atleast your door is inside and it’s probably cleaner.」
