「Excellent AC in room. Room described on here as "sea view" turns out to be "partial sea view", which is the description used on the hotel's own website. Staff very good, especially in restaurant which has a separate vegan menu with some good options. Some evidence that maintenance has suffered, such as a missing tile on pool and water leaking through to children's pool. Water leaking from toilet handle in room. Signs direct to a spa that no longer exists.」

「The whole hotel is in bad shape. The room smells of a lot of humidity, and the toilet was leaking all day long. The so-called gym (one of the reasons why I've chosen this hotel) only offers a couple of treadmills and some rusty dumbbells. The swimming pool was clean, but the staff at the swimming pool was not helpful or welcoming enough. I didn't know where to get the towels, or if I could order food from the swimming pool and charge it to my room. There were 2 staff there, but only checking...
