「Just amazing! 」

「The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. 「Gute Unterkunft mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten nahe der Autobahn. Ruhige Lage. Gutes Frühstück. Ein Pool ist auch vorhanden. Der Check-in war leider erst nach der offiziellen Uhrzeit möglich, was schade war.」

「We have a pleasant stay here. Although the room is small, the staff are friendly. It is located in a very beautiful small town. There are a lot of restuarants close by. The breakfast provided by the hotel is good. The room is clean but small. The lift s small, too. It can only allow 2 big suitcases with one small suitcase added with 2 adults in the lift. If you drive, there will be more things to see. If not, you can still enjoy staying there for shopping and sitting in a nice restaruants...

「Notre séjour a été une vraie parenthèse de calme et de bien-être. L’hôtel offre un cadre haut de gamme. La décoration, les prestations, le personnel : tout vous plonge dans une expérience reposante. La chambre avec terrasse et jacuzzi est un véritable havre de paix. Nous avons pu en profiter sans restriction d’heure ou de temps. Le petit déjeuner au lit est un incontournable : à tester absolument. Nous avons pu bénéficier d’1h au SPA de l’hôtel : jacuzzi, bains à remous, hammam, sauna, douche...

Aussi notre chambre avait une odeur desagreable ,la personne de la reception nous en a donner une autre .2eme probleme resolu . Face a ses problemes tout s est bien passé, le personnel tres a l ecoute et tres agréable. 」
