Vi hade ett underbart dygn på slottet i dess lyxiga miljö, allt var så fint och vackert! Vi njöt av servicen, maten i restaurangen och att vädret var fint och poolen var öppen! En upplevelse vi bär med oss!

The rooms were nice and clean with high quality finishes. The property is located in the middle of nowhere so it’s a destination point on your way somewhere or you are ok to relax and do nothing. Restaurant has a limited menu and the are not equipped to provide any vegan options other than a plate of lettuce with a few tomatoes for 30 Euros. Decent wine list but everything is 4 times retail price. Breakfast was included and had a good assortment of options for everyone.

We had a fabulous time at Saint Sabine. We visited wineries, did tastings, visited the gorgeous but quaint hamlet of Châteauneuf en auxois, and hiked along the canal de Bourgogne. The staff was exceptional and we will absolutely come again. Gorgeous countryside !

Amazing property in Burgundy country that was perfect for a two day reset after a week of traveling. Everything was amazing. The staff even welcomed us with a bottle of champagne for my wife’s birthday. We enjoyed our room, the surrounding nature, the pool, everything. We will be back. Merci!

Fantastic facilities. The only concern was the small size of the room which didn't appear in any of the photos. Great breakfast. They were amazing opening the pool just for me! Sat by the fireplace at the bar for light dinner, which was magical!
