「Very helpful staff and good value」

「The hotel is new. Rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. Quiet surroundings enable a good night’s sleep. Staff are very helpful in check-in and check-out. 」

「Great location and very friendly staff.」

「Beautiful Rooms, Lovely Building & Location, but Needs to UP the Experience. I've been coming to Hudson and the Willow in since the 1970's. I remember the old grandeur of the Willow Inn through the years. The renovations after the fire were lovely and the present owners have kept up the appearance of the property, but with the closing of the restaurant, the hotel is a mere shadow of it's past self. 「The host was pleasant and the room was very spacious.」

「The old adage, "you get what you pay for" applies here. Room was small with no room for furniture to raise luggage from the floor. No heater or fan in the bathroom. Good thing it was not winter yet! Broken toilet paper dispenser. Sqeaky old bed. One person here suggested better suited for an hourly rate. I think you can still see the handcuff scratches on the headboard. Will get you through in a bind. Would not be my first choice again.」

「宾至如归的服务,自然的放松和静宜的体验,教堂的文化氛围感受。」

「Good accommodation again; well priced. It's sometimes a matter of going where there quotes are good; this is certainly the case here.」
