They refused to allow me to take my bicycle into the room, I had to stick it in some broom closet with no lighting and leave it there with all my stuff.

Location is great as the property is 16mins drive to the Premium outlet store if youre planning to shop. I’m giving an average review because of the strong smell of chlorine/cleaning chemical used to clean the room and hallway. It stays unless you put some fragrant candles. Washroom is too small but decent and it has its leak odor, probably because the sink drain has no cover.

La personne à l'accueil était très gentille. La chambre était grande et les lits confortables, mais le ménage était un peu négligé.

The room is large but as we got settled, we realized the TV is broken, there is no soap, and we didn’t get the wifi password (and it’s not in the room). Not the best of stays….On a positive note, we appreciated the numerous fluffy pillows, the view of the garden, and the staff was nice.

The only good thing was the location, close to hospital which was the reason for my visit. It was cheap but uncared for. No plug for night lamp or phone at the night stand. Unlocked backdoor was convenient but unsafe. Not even a coffee station in the room. Rude staff.

Kleenex box resting on a rusty kleenex dispenser?

Found dirty baseboard trying to figure out why the light does not turn on. Asked front desk to check the lightbulb - no help. Had to charge my phone and use my alarm away from the bed as there were no plugs close to the bed.

Our room was clean but the beds were terribly uncomfortable and hard. There are holes in the wall and bed frames are makeshift. Only 2 towels provided for a family of 4.

Nous étions 9 vacanciers entre 53 à 70 âge en moto , et le soir après le retour du souper un de nos couple est arrivé vers minuit et l’homme de hôtel lui a fait un signe en lui montrant sa montre et en lui disant il est passé minuit et le message s’adressait à d’autre personne qui ne font pas parie de notre groupe il est temps d’ aller vous coucher pourtant on avait payer la chambre on a tous trouver que c’était un geste d’impolitesse et surtout qu’on ces tous sentis checker toute le temps et n’avons rien fait de déplacé ou d’dérangent et le lendemain matin à 9 hr am le même homme a dit à une femme de notre groupe de se dépêcher et’ de faire ces cheveux elle se sentait surveiller tous le temps et la dame lui a dit que le séchoir de la chambre fonctionnait pas l’homme a vérifié et lui a confirmé que le séchoir ne fonctionnait pas , quand j’ai payé les 4 chambres l’homme en question m’a dit la prochaine fois appelle-moi direct pour des prix on va s’arranger C’est une première pour moi de donner de mauvaise note mais nous avons tous trouver ça un acceptable de toujours se sentir surveillé quand je lui est demandé à que endroit on peu stationner nos motos il m’a répondu j’ai 16 caméras qui surveille ainsi que moi même

We've been before and it was fine. This time we couldn't get the tv to work. The lady on days was helpfull and we got the tv to work. We however didn't get the sound working and didn't realize it till there was a new person at the desk and the day lady had gone. The evening lady said she would tell her boss as he was coming in shortly. No one ever came and we never got the tv problem solved.
