「Very nice, specious and clean hotel, especially for families that need space. There is a shopping mall (istanbul forum) right next to the hotel with a supermarket on the ground floor and also a big food court on the 3rd floor. There is also a metro literally 2 minutes walk to go into the central places in istanbul. Taxis are also always about if you need to go places. 「Everything was great except cleaning the room we reaceived a very clean room but later the cleaning was not good at all .satff was great definitely will come again but I prefer a better cleaning esp the floor and dust next time during the stay .」

「Yes the room was spotless, the entire hotel is spotless. And the staff were very helpful especially engin the receptionist. We made a mistake when booking and we only booked a single room and engin contacted the manager who upgraded us to a double room free of charge. I highly recommend serenity comfort hotel especially if you are in Istanbul for dental operations and cosmetic operations. Five stars all the round, the food is also excellent.」
