Though this property lacks character, I thought we have a perfect 13 nights stay. The staff upgraded us to a suite which made our stay so much more pleasant. The staff really went above and beyond to cater to all our needs. Thank you so much!

In comparison with other 5 star hotels is great Only is far from historical places we solve it with using Mahmoud bay metro station 5 minutes from hotel and with metro less than 30 minutes reaching to Şişli Even if directly using Taxi to historical places is much economically than staying in small 5 star hotels 😢 in that area.

We arrived late and was greeted by security and friendly bell staff. They directed us to reception and both gentlemen were extremely helpful and friendly. Staff did upgrade our room to a suite and delivered a fruit basket and other sweets. The room was amazing! Property was excellently maintained and cleaned. Located between airport and downtown attractions.
